Membership & billing

Update your payment method

Your membership renews automatically once a year on the anniversary of the day you joined. If the card on file has expired or been reissued, the renewal fails and your access lapses, so it is worth updating before the date rather than after.

How to change the card

  1. Sign in at hub.agcv.com.
  2. Click your profile photo and open your account settings.
  3. Find the billing or subscription section.
  4. Update the card details and save.

The new card is used at the next renewal. Changing it does not trigger a charge now and does not change your renewal date.

If you cannot find the billing section

Billing settings only appear on accounts with a paid subscription. If your account is on the Free tier, there is no card on file and nothing to update. If you are certain you pay $99 a year and still see no billing section, you may be signed in under a second account. Check the email address in your profile against the address on your renewal receipts.

Firm memberships

Firm memberships are billed the same way, but only the account holder who set up your account has access to the card details.

If a renewal already failed

Update the card first, and try again, or reach out to info@agcv.com so we can help you out. Do not start a second membership from the checkout page, because that creates a duplicate subscription we then have to unwind.
