Reset your password From the hub.agcv.com sign-in page, click Forgot your password? and enter the email tied to your account.

We recommend updating your password periodically to keep your AGCV Community account secure.

Your AGCV Community account (hub.agcv.com) uses the email on file for sign-in, notifications, and certificate delivery.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second check beyond your password: after you sign in, you'll confirm a one-time code sent to your email before you're let into your account.

The AGCV Community keeps you posted on new discussion in the Open Forum, replies in your CDVS/CEVS/CTTS cohort spaces, and account/billing activity.

Here's where to look for updates across desktop and browser.

You control which AGCV Community updates reach you and how. Desktop and browser Click your profile icon and select Notifications .

Control who can see your profile and how other AGCV Community members can reach you.

If you can't send or receive direct messages in the AGCV Community, it's almost always one of two things: a setting on your own account, or a block from a specific member.

If you want to stop one specific member from sending you direct messages - without disabling DMs for everyone - you can block them individually.

Changed your mind about a block? You can undo it at any time. What happens when you unblock someone They'll be able to send you one-to-one direct messages again, and you can pick back up in any existing conversation thread.

You can set which language the AGCV Community interface displays in - menus, buttons, and system text, not the content itself.

If you'd like to step away from the AGCV Community, you can deactivate your account directly from your authentication settings (available when this option is enabled for AGCV members).
