Card receipts
Every successful charge sends an emailed receipt from our payment processor to the address on your account, at the time of the charge. Search your mail for the AGCV membership charge amount or for the processor's receipt subject line. Check spam and any promotions tab before concluding it never arrived.
Receipts inside your account
Sign in at hub.agcv.com, open your account settings, and look in the billing section. Past charges list there with their dates and amounts.
The receipt went to the wrong address
Receipts go to whatever address was on the account at the time of the charge. If you have since changed it, older receipts are still sitting in the old inbox. See also Update the email on your AGCV account.
Course purchases
Coursework bought on LitPro Academy bills separately from Guild membership, so those receipts come from that platform rather than from the Community. Sign in at litproacademy.com and check your account there, or ask us and we will retrieve it.
