You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
- Sign in at hub.agcv.com.
- Click your profile photo and open your account settings.
- Open the billing or subscription section and cancel the membership.
If you cannot find it, email info@agcv.com from the address on the account and we will process it.
Refunds
Within the first 30 days of a charge, reach out for a refund. After 30 days, the membership is not refunded but it runs through the end of the year you paid for. You do not lose access the day you cancel.
What happens to your account
Cancelling drops you to the Free tier at the end of the paid period. It does not delete your account, your course progress, or your posts, and it does not touch your credentials. See Renewals and what happens if you lapse for the full list of what you keep.
Cancelling is not the same as deactivating
Cancelling ends the paid subscription. Deactivating closes the account itself. If you want the account gone rather than just downgraded, see Deactivate your AGCV Community account, and note that deactivating an active membership cancels it immediately with no refund for the remainder.
Coursework you already bought
Cancelling Guild membership has no effect on courses purchased through LitPro Academy. That access does not expire and is not tied to your membership status.
