The member directory is the public list of AGCV members that hiring firms search. A featured listing is part of Professional and Firm membership.
What appears in your listing
Your name, your credentials, your service area, and the profile details you have filled in on your Community account. Credentials come from your member record rather than from anything you type, which is the point of them being there.
How to update it
Your listing is generated from your Community profile, so edit the profile rather than looking for a separate directory form.
- Sign in at hub.agcv.com.
- Click your profile photo and choose Edit profile.
- Update your details and save.
The directory refreshes on a schedule rather than instantly, so give a change a day before concluding it did not take.
Keeping yourself out of the directory
The privacy setting that controls directory visibility is on your profile. Turning it off removes you from the directory, the leaderboard, and member search. It does not fully hide you inside the community, since members can still reach your profile from a post or a message. See Manage your privacy and messaging settings.
Your credentials are missing or wrong
Credentials on the directory read from the same member record that drives agcv.com/verify and your certificate downloads. If one is missing there, it is missing everywhere, and the fix is a correction to the record rather than an edit to your profile. Email info@agcv.com with the credential and roughly when you earned it.
You are listed but not getting work from it
Firms search the directory by service area more than by anything else, so an empty or vague coverage area is the most common reason a complete profile gets no calls. Name the metros you will actually travel to.
