Members catch our mistakes faster than we do. A broken calculator, a dead link, a rule citation that is out of date, a page that does not work on your phone. Please tell us.
Where to send it
Email info@agcv.com. Put the page or tool name in the subject line so it routes quickly.
What to include
- The URL of the page, copied from the address bar
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Your browser and device, roughly. "Safari on an iPhone" is enough.
- A screenshot if the problem is visual
- Whether it happens every time or happened once
Content errors are worth as much as bugs
If a field guide cites a rule that has since been amended, or a form is missing language a district now requires, that is a more serious problem than a broken button and we want to hear about it with the same urgency. Send the citation and what it should say.
What happens next
You get a reply from a person. Small fixes usually ship within a few days. Larger ones we will tell you honestly are queued rather than pretending otherwise. If a fix ships because you reported it, we will tell you.
Security issues
If you have found something that exposes member data or lets someone reach an account that is not theirs, email info@agcv.com with the details and please do not post it publicly first. We will respond quickly and we will credit you if you want the credit.
Feature requests
Also welcome, and the same address. The tools library grew mostly out of members saying they were doing a calculation by hand every week. If you are doing something repetitive that a page could do for you, that is worth an email.
