Here's where to look for updates across desktop and browser.
Desktop and browser
Click the bell icon in the community header to open your notification panel. Notifications are grouped into tabs:
- Inbox - likes/replies on your posts and comments, mentions, and moderation alerts.
- Mentions - every place you were directly @mentioned.
- Following - new posts in spaces you belong to, plus updates on events you've RSVP'd to.
- All - everything from the tabs above in one feed.
- Archived - notifications you've previously archived.
A red badge with a number shows how many unread notifications are waiting. You can also open the notification panel as a full page for easier reading - look for the expand icon in the top corner of the panel.
Sidebar indicators
Spaces with unread posts show a bolded name and a numbered badge in the left sidebar, so you can spot new activity in your cohort space or the Open Forum at a glance.
